We are a real estate investment company. When we buy your home we are the buyer, a principal in the transaction, not your agent, so we owe you no agency duties.
Depending on the property, we may buy it directly, bring in a buyer from our network, or help you market the home to a wider pool of buyers. Whichever route applies is disclosed in writing before you sign, and the price and closing date in the signed agreement are what hold.
Keegan Tingey holds a real estate salesperson license from the California Department of Real Estate. When a licensee is a principal, that is disclosed in writing in the purchase agreement.
