This policy explains what Prelium Properties LLC collects when you contact us about a property, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the longest form possible.
Who we are
Prelium Properties LLC(“Prelium Properties”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate investment company headquartered in California that buys single-family homes throughout the United States. You can reach us at team@preliumproperties.com.
What we collect
When you submit the offer request form, we collect:
- The property address, state, and ZIP code
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
If you select either optional SMS choice, we also record which messaging program you selected, the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, the date and time, the IP address the request came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and which page the form was on. We keep this so that we can demonstrate what you agreed to and when. If you select neither SMS choice, we do not create an SMS consent record.
If you email us, we have whatever you put in the email. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors who never contact us.
Why we use it
- To research the property and prepare an offer
- To contact you about your request, by phone, text message, or email
- To carry out a transaction if you accept an offer
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes
We do not use your information to market unrelated products, and we do not add you to newsletters you did not ask for.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We are not a lead-generation business and your contact details are not a product.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Who we do share it with
Your information is shared only where it is needed to do the thing you asked us to do:
- Title and escrow companies, and attorneys, if you accept an offer and a transaction proceeds.
- A buyer we assign the contract to, where we assign a purchase contract rather than closing ourselves. You are told before you sign, and the terms you agreed to do not change. See our frequently asked questions for how assignment works.
- Service providers that host our website and store our records, under agreements limiting them to acting on our instructions.
- Authorities where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
SMS and mobile information
PRELIUM PROPERTIES LLC uses your mobile number and messaging consent information to provide only the text messaging programs you select. Informational property-inquiry messages may include confirmations, property questions, scheduling, requested follow-ups, offer updates, and secure document delivery. Promotional messages may include nurture or cash-offer follow-ups when you have not responded.
Each SMS choice is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the request for a live callback or email. You may select either, both, or neither and still request an offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help or email us at team@preliumproperties.com.
Service providers may process mobile information only on our instructions to deliver messages or provide supporting services. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Submitting the offer form separately requests that we call or email you about that property inquiry. Declining SMS does not prevent that requested live callback or email.
How long we keep it
We keep offer requests for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a transaction occurs, for as long as records relating to that transaction must be retained. Consent records are kept for at least as long as any related limitation period, because their purpose is to evidence what was agreed.
You can ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws.
To exercise any of them, email team@preliumproperties.com. We may need to verify who you are before we act, which usually means confirming details you already gave us. We do not charge for this.
Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, or copies of identity documents by email. If those are ever needed, the title company will collect them through their own secure process.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected under an earlier version.
